-> After the DSC Application is “Final Approved” i.e.., “Issued” no request for cancellation shall be entertained.
-> IDSign CA does not provide any cancellation for any service provided.
-> In case of denial of service to an applicant by IDSign CA who has already paid the fees, fee will be refunded as per Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

-> IDSign CA does not provide any refund for any service provided.
-> In case of denial of service to an applicant by IDSign CA who has already paid the fees, fee will be refunded.
-> In case of partners and resellers, there is no refund once issuances(download) is done.
